Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 ml cream
- 500 g quark
- 120 g sugar
- 150 g amaretti biscuits
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes
First, whip the cream until stiff. Then, combine the quark and sugar. Crush the amaretti biscuits in a freezer bag; this works best with a rolling pin. Then, mix the amaretti biscuits with the quark and fold in the cream. Refrigerate for at least two hours. If you like, you can add fruit to taste.
