Amarettini crunch with blueberry topping and an Irish-style espresso

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 8 g vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 250 g amaretti biscuits
  • 600 g blueberries
  • 10 cups of espresso
  • some whiskey

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Whip the cream, sugar, and vanilla sugar until stiff. Then add the cream to the quark and fold in. Crumble the amaretti biscuits and place a layer in a bowl. Then add a layer of the cream on top. Repeat this process as often as you like. Purée the blueberries and serve as a topping. Add a small shot of whiskey to the espresso and serve with the dessert.
