Espresso – Cup Truffles

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 100 g chocolate, whole milk
  • 2 tsp coffee powder (espresso powder, instant)
  • 175 ml whipped cream
  • 60 g butter
  • 1 pinch of cardamom
  • 4 tbsp Grand Marnier

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler. Bring the cream and espresso powder to a boil, then gradually stir into the melted chocolate. Season with orange liqueur and cardamom and fill espresso cups (only half full). Chill (approx. 2 hours).
