Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter or Sanella
  • 250 g sugar
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 350 g flour
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 250 ml milk
  • 100 g almonds, chopped
  • 150 g raisins
  • e.g. syrup (Amaretto- without alcohol) or normal Amaretto
  • powdered sugar

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quick and moist cake

Cream the softened butter or Sanella with the sugar, vanilla sugar, and Amaretto until fluffy. Then add the eggs and beat until fluffy. Gradually add the flour and milk, alternating between them, and finally the baking powder. Then stir in the chopped almonds and raisins. Pour the mixture into a well-greased bundt pan and bake in a preheated oven at approximately 160°C – 180°C for approximately 45-60 minutes. Once cooled, turn the cake out and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
