Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 120 g sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 1 shot of butter-vanilla flavoring (butter vanillin)
- 100 g butter, soft
- 150 ml Amaretto
- 80 ml milk
- 100 g sour cream
- 1 pinch of salt
- 230 g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 350 g milk chocolate

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
makes 24 muffins
Beat the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, and vanilla extract in a bowl until fluffy. Gradually add the softened butter, then the sour cream, then the liquids, then the flour and baking powder, until a dough is not too stiff. Chop the milk chocolate into small pieces and fold in. Spoon the mixture into 24 prepared muffin cups, about a tablespoon per cup. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (convection oven) for about 15 minutes.
