Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g lentils
- 100 g celeriac
- 100 g carrot(s)
- 100 g leek
- 100 g diced ham
- 3 beef sausages (Frankfurter)
- 500 ml beef broth
- 750 ml vegetable stock
- 200 ml Cremefine
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- Parsley

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
suitable for Monsieur Cuisine or Thermomix
Cook the lentils in the vegetable stock in a separate pot for 25 minutes. Peel the celeriac and roughly chop it with the leek. Add it to the mixing bowl and chop for 5 seconds at speed 5. Peel the potatoes and carrots and also roughly chop them. Add both to the mixing bowl with the celeriac and leek and chop for 8 seconds at speed 5. If you don’t have a Thermomix, cut the above ingredients into small pieces. Now sweat the vegetables and diced ham in oil for about 5 minutes. If you have a Thermomix, use the sauté function for about 7 minutes. Add the vegetable stock and simmer for 8 minutes. Thermomix speed 1 reverse / 100 °C. While the vegetables are simmering, cut the Frankfurter beef sausages into small pieces. Add the vinegar, sugar and pepper. Add the cooked lentils, complete with the stock, and mix everything well. Thermomix/1 minute speed/reverse. Finally, add the Frankfurter beef sausages and cream. Cook everything for another 5 minutes. Thermomix/speed 1/reverse for 5 minutes at 100°C.
