Amaretto Cream
The perfect amaretto cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Quark
- 250 g Natural yoghurt
- 2 tbsp Amaretto
- 100 g Amarettini
- 1 tbsp Powdered sugar
- Coarsely crumble the amarettini.
- Pull the quark, amaretto, powdered sugar and natural yoghurt together until smooth and stir in the amarettini crumbs.
- Before serving, let the amaretto cream steep in the refrigerator for about three hours.
