Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Quark
  • 250 g Natural yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp Amaretto
  • 100 g Amarettini
  • 1 tbsp Powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Coarsely crumble the amarettini.
  • Pull the quark, amaretto, powdered sugar and natural yoghurt together until smooth and stir in the amarettini crumbs.
  • Before serving, let the amaretto cream steep in the refrigerator for about three hours.
