Amaretto Cream

The perfect amaretto cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Quark
  • 250 g Natural yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp Amaretto
  • 100 g Amarettini
  • 1 tbsp Powdered sugar
  1. Coarsely crumble the amarettini.
  2. Pull the quark, amaretto, powdered sugar and natural yoghurt together until smooth and stir in the amarettini crumbs.
  3. Before serving, let the amaretto cream steep in the refrigerator for about three hours.
