Pickled grapes for desserts

Wash the grapes and cut them off the vines, leaving a tiny stem on them. Pierce them several times with a needle and place them in a screw-top jar. Fill with Amaretto, seal, and let it steep for about two weeks. It’s perfect for pudding, ice cream, or fruit salad, or simply as a snack. It’s also great as a gift or as a present for a coffee break.
