Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 sheet of white gelatin
- 200 g cream
- 150g Nutella
- 2 tbsp Amaretto
- fruit
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes
Whip the cream until stiff. Fold the Nutella and Amaretto into the cream. Finally, stir in the dissolved gelatin. Refrigerate the finished mixture. To serve, pierce the portions with a spoon and garnish with fruit.
