Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g margarine
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 250 g flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • Icing made from powdered sugar and lemon juice or chocolate icing

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix the ingredients for the dough into a batter, place small mounds of dough on the baking sheet, and bake for about 15 minutes. Decorate with icing or chocolate, if desired. This amount of batter makes about 8 American cookies.
