American cheese toast

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 8 slices of toast
  • 8 slices of cheese (favorite)
  • 1 piece(s) butter, preferably salted
  • possibly ham

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

quick for in between

Melt butter in a pan. Top each slice of toast with two slices of cheese and fold together. When the butter has melted, add the toast and cook on both sides until browned to your desired degree. Add a little more butter if needed. It also tastes great topped with ham.
