Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g biscuits (butter biscuits), finely crumbled
- 100 g butter, melted
- 400 g cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- ¾ cup sugar
- 4 tsp lemon juice
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 450 ml sour cream

Ideal for preparing
Combine the biscuits with the butter and press into a tart pan to form the base. Combine the cream cheese, eggs, 3/4 cup sugar, and 2 teaspoons of lemon juice. Pour into the pan and bake at 160°C (convection oven) for about 40 minutes. Mix the remaining sugar and 2 teaspoons of lemon juice with the sour cream. When the first layer is ready, after 40 minutes, spread the sour cream mixture on top and bake at 175°C for another 15 minutes. Refrigerate and let it set for 1-2 days before serving.
