Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g butter
  • 200 g chocolate, dark or milk
  • 175 g sugar, fine
  • 3 eggs
  • 125 g flour
  • 12 paper baking cups

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a muffin tin with 12 paper baking cups. Melt the butter, chocolate, and sugar in a saucepan, stirring occasionally, until smooth. Remove the pan from the heat. Sift the flour and fold it into the chocolate mixture. Then add the eggs and beat vigorously. Pour the batter into the muffin tins and bake for about 30 minutes.
