Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g quark with 20% fat
  • 50 g sugar
  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 3 peaches, halved, from the can
  • 100 g marshmallow(s) (mini marshmallows)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

Mix the quark with the sugar. Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff and fold into the quark. Fold in 70g of mini marshmallows. Drain the peaches in a sieve, dice them finely, and mix them into the cream. Alternatively, you can puree the fruit and mix it into the cream, creating a light marbled pattern. Let it sit in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Garnish with the remaining marshmallows before serving. Tip: You can also chop regular marshmallows and use them for the cream.
