American Oreo Pudding

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 225 g cream cheese
  • 120 g powdered sugar
  • 700 ml milk
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 1 pack of cream stiffener
  • 2 pkt. biscuits (Oreos), or similar, 176 g each, more or less
  • 50 g butter, soft
  • 2 packs of cream powder (paradise cream vanilla)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 30 minutes

Whip the cream in a tall bowl with cream stiffener. Place 1.5 pkt. biscuits in a freezer bag and crush into crumbs with a rolling pin. Combine the butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar in a large bowl with an electric mixer. Add the milk, vanilla sugar, and cream powder and mix until no lumps remain. Then add the Oreo cookies and fold in the cream. Transfer the pudding to a covered bowl, garnish with the remaining Oreo cookies, and refrigerate overnight or for at least 8 hours.
