Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 3 eggs
  • 8 tbsp flour
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 2 dl milk
  • 2 bananas

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mash the bananas and add them to a bowl with the other ingredients; stir to form a creamy batter. Heat the frying pan over high heat, add a knob of butter, and once the butter has melted, reduce the heat to medium. Using a ladle, add the first pancake to the pan. Be careful, the first three pancakes are usually not good enough. Only flip the pancakes when the top layer is no longer runny, but has thickened or small bubbles have formed. Remove the pancake from the pan when it is golden brown. Important: do not add any more butter. If you have set the heat to medium, this should not be a problem. Topping ideas: maple syrup, jam, sugar, Nutella, fruit, or just plain butter.
