Ingredients
- 160 g Flour
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 0,5 tbsp Vanillin
- 0,5 Tl Baking powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 tsp Ground lemon peel
- 250 ml Cream or buttermilk
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Melted margarine
Instructions
- Mix the dry ingredients in 2 separate bowls and the liquid ingredients separately.
- Then add the liquid ingredients while stirring until the mixture is homogeneous.
- Bake 2 tablespoons of batter in a pan for each pancakes. Serve with maple syrup.
