American Pancakes Lemon

  • 160 g Flour
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 0,5 tbsp Vanillin
  • 0,5 Tl Baking powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tsp Ground lemon peel
  • 250 ml Cream or buttermilk
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbsp Melted margarine


  • Mix the dry ingredients in 2 separate bowls and the liquid ingredients separately.
  • Then add the liquid ingredients while stirring until the mixture is homogeneous.
  • Bake 2 tablespoons of batter in a pan for each pancakes. Serve with maple syrup.
