Ingredients
 

Nut filling

  • 30 g Roasted walnuts
  • 30 g Roasted hazelnuts
  • 30 g Roasted cashew nut
  • 5 tbsp Acacia honey

Budwig quark basic recipe on 100 g. Low-fat quark

  • 5 tbsp 30 ml of linseed oil
  • 5 tbsp 30 ml fresh milk
  • 5 tbsp 1 teaspoon of cocoa

Instructions
 

  • Wash the apples and remove the stones with a corer.
  • Roast the nuts in a pan and let them cool down again. Then put them in the blender and roughly grind them, put them in a bowl, mix them with the acacia honey and fill them with the apples.
  • Bake the apples in the oven for about 30 to 45 minutes at 180 degrees (the oven was not preheated.

To the quark

  • While the apples are baking, mix the quark with the rest of the ingredients and beat well with a whisk, so the mixture gets its special creaminess, as air is whisked into the quarm.

Serving

  • Put the apples on a plate and add the Budwig quark mixture and just enjoy.
