American Pie Classic

Pie dough (crust)

  • 500 g Flour
  • 250 g Ice cold butter

  • 100 g Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon Milk

Stuffing

  • 8 piece Apples
  • 50 g Blackberry fresh
  • 100 g Sugar brown
  • 50 g Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Grated ginger
  • 2 g Ground cinnamon
  • 150 g Raisins yellow
  • 1 Tablespoon (level) Vanilla and almond pudding powder

Dough:

The preparation:

  2. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° Cel. For about 55 – 60 minutes until golden brown. the dough should be crispy. Good Appetite !!!
