Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg potato(s), mostly waxy
- 120 g mayonnaise
- 80 g sour cream
- 80 g yogurt
- 1 stalk(s) celery, finely chopped
- 1 spring onion(s), finely chopped
- 2 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp horseradish
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- ½ tsp celery, seeds
- 1 medium-sized onion(s), chopped
- 4 eggs, hard-boiled, roughly chopped
- salt and pepper

Grandma’s potato salad
Boil potatoes, rinse, peel, and let cool. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, yogurt, onions, mustard, horseradish, garlic, celery, spring onions, and celery seeds. Gently fold in the sliced potatoes and eggs. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours before serving.
