Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 3 tbsp yogurt
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 4 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp, heaped curry powder
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp Pul Biber
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Finely chop the garlic clove and place it in a mixing bowl. Add all the other ingredients. Blend until the desired consistency is reached.
