Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 ½ tbsp butter
- 6 mushrooms, brown, sliced
- 1 garlic clove(s), finely chopped
- 2 tbsp peppercorns, black, whole
- 250 ml red wine, Merlot
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, dark
- 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp rosemary, fresh, chopped

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
so simple and simply delicious!
Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the mushrooms, garlic, and peppercorns to the pan and sauté until the mushrooms are soft. Add the wine, balsamic vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce, increase the heat slightly, and reduce the sauce by half. Add the chopped rosemary and simmer for another 1-2 minutes. Pour the sauce from the pan over the cooked steaks and enjoy.
