Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 75 g powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
- 8 g vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 100 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 150 ml milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
without butter, makes 8 waffles
Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites in a bowl until stiff peaks form. In another bowl, combine the sugar, egg yolks, and vanilla sugar with a mixer. In a third bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the milk and flour mixture alternately to the egg yolks and beat until smooth. Fold in the beaten egg whites and pour the batter into the waffle iron in batches. You may need to lightly grease the waffle iron with oil. Makes approximately 8 waffles.
