Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 12 anchovy fillets, marinated in milk for one hour
- 115 g butter, soft
- 1 lemon(s), the juice
- Cayenne pepper
- black pepper
- olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Drain the anchovy fillets and grind them into a paste in a mortar. Mix the paste with the butter. Season with lemon juice, cayenne pepper, and black pepper. To make the butter smooth and pliable, stir in a little olive oil. The butter will keep for about 10 days.
