Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 10 anchovy fillets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 bunch parsley, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 1 baguette(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Aperitif pastries

Chop the anchovy fillets very finely. Mix all the other ingredients except the baguette with the anchovy fillets until a paste forms. Spread the paste on small slices of white bread. Briefly bake in a hot oven (grill from above). It’s a great aperitif with white wine.
