Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 740 g condensed milk (7.5%)
- 340 g sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes
First, simmer the condensed milk with sugar on heat 1. Stir frequently for the first 5 minutes to ensure the sugar dissolves completely. Then simply simmer on low heat for about 2 hours until it turns a nice brown color and thickens. Stir every half hour to prevent burning. Then pour into a glass jar and let cool.
