Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 250 g quark
  • ½ liter cream
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar (bourbon vanilla sugar)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder, more if needed
  • 250 g applesauce (caramel applesauce)
  • n. B. Chocolate shavings for garnishing

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with applesauce

Mix the quark with sugar, vanilla sugar, cinnamon, and applesauce. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in. Pour into dessert glasses, decorate with chocolate shavings, and refrigerate.
