Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 eggs (separate)
- 6 tbsp cane sugar
- 2 tbsp rum
- 300 ml cream
- n. B. Chocolate curls of your choice (homemade with a vegetable peeler)

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes
a very creamy dessert (zabaglione style)
Beat the egg whites with 2 tablespoons of sugar until stiff and set aside. Whisk the cream until stiff and set aside. Now beat the egg yolks with the remaining sugar until creamy, add the rum, and gently fold in the beaten egg whites. Fold in the cream and pour into dessert glasses. Decorate with the chocolate curl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
