Cucumber and peppermint raita a la Gabi

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g yogurt
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 1 tbsp mint, chopped
  • 1 tsp cumin, roasted, ground
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 pinch of chili powder
  • Mint (leaves)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

In a bowl, stir the yogurt until creamy. Peel and coarsely grate the cucumber, then mix with the yogurt. Stir in the mint and spices. Chill the raita. Garnish with mint leaves. Tip: Goes well with spicy curries.
