Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g strawberries
  • ¾ liter pineapple juice
  • 160 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 90 g cornstarch

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix the cornstarch with a little pineapple juice until lump-free. Wash and puree the strawberries, then pour in the remaining juice. Bring this mixture to a boil with the sugar and vanilla sugar, then stir in the dissolved cornstarch. Pour into dessert glasses and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Serve and enjoy.
