Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg potatoes
- 4 tbsp chives
- e.g. milk
- some salt
- some pepper
- some nutmeg
- some sea salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Mashed potatoes with chives
Dice the potatoes and boil them in sea-salted water. Mash the potatoes, adding enough milk as needed to create a creamy mash (similar to store-bought mashed potatoes). Season and stir in the chives.
