Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g flour
  • ½ cube of yeast, fresh
  • 300 ml milk (warm)
  • ½ tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp salt (butter salt, recipe from the database)
  • 100 g fried onions

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 55 minutes

makes dough for a loaf pan with a length of 26 cm

Dissolve the yeast in the warm milk and knead well with the flour, salt, and butter salt. Add the fried onions and let rise, covered, for 1 hour. Pour into a loaf pan and bake for about 45 minutes. Let cool and enjoy.
