Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g flour
- 150 ml mineral water
- 100 ml milk
- 5 eggs
- 1 tsp, leveled baking powder
- some salt
- 200 g ham, cooked
- 250 g spring onions
- 1 bunch of chives
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 4 tomatoes
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Dish for hot days or a small hunger
Whisk the flour with the eggs, milk, mineral water, and baking powder until smooth and season with salt. Finely dice the chives, spring onions, and ham and add to the batter. Let rest for 10 minutes and spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the oven at 200°C for approximately 20-25 minutes (check visually). Meanwhile, prepare a salad of cucumber and tomatoes with a vinegar and oil marinade or a salad of your choice. Place a small lettuce island in the center of a plate (preferably without marinade). Cut the finished pancake into pieces and arrange them around the “island.”
