Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 ml cream
  • 150 g cream cheese
  • e.g. curry powder
  • n. B. sugar
  • 4 turkey schnitzels
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 large red onions, halved, in rings
  • some garlic salt (homemade)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Oven dish for the stressed housewife

Mix the cream with the cream cheese and seasonings thoroughly. Season the turkey schnitzel with salt and pepper and place it in a baking dish. Place the halved onion rings on top and pour the cream mixture over it. Sprinkle with garlic salt. Finish cooking in a preheated oven at 180°C – 200°C (top/bottom heat, depending on the oven) for about 30 minutes. Serve with rice, pasta, or fries.
