Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 6 tbsp flour
- 4 tbsp mineral water
- some milk
- some butter (for the pan)
- some jam, strawberry
- some chocolate sauce
- 1 kg strawberries
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Dessert with fresh strawberries
Wash and hull the strawberries, sprinkle with sugar, and set aside. Combine the flour and eggs. Add the mineral water and stir in just enough milk to create a runny mixture. Bake 4 pancakes in the butter, place some jam in the center, and fold a parcel. Place one parcel on each plate and place the sugared strawberries on top. Garnish with a drizzle of chocolate sauce.
