Andi's tipsy pancakes with vanilla ice cream

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 egg(s)
  • 2 cl Amaretto
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • some milk
  • some butter (for the pan)
  • 2 scoops of ice cream (vanilla ice cream)
  • some eggnog
  • some chocolate sauce
  • some cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Stir the flour into the egg, add the Amaretto, and add just enough milk to create a smooth batter. Melt the butter in a pan and fry two thin pancakes in it. Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream in the center and wrap it nicely inside the pancake. Serve on a plate with cream, egg liqueur, and chocolate sauce.
