- 300 ml milk
- 150 ml cream
- 2 packs of vanilla sugar, boubon-
- 80 g sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 egg yolk

a recipe was created because there was no vanilla pod at hand
Combine the milk with the cream and bring to a boil with the vanilla sugar. Meanwhile, whisk the sugar, egg, and egg yolk thoroughly. Once the milk boils, remove from the heat and stir in the egg mixture. The custard is ready.
