Sugar-free chocolate sauce

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 ml water
  • 50 g cocoa powder, unsweetened, defatted
  • 2 tsp, heaped stevia powder
  • 1 pack of vanilla extract, liquid or 10 drops of vanilla flavor

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Add the cocoa powder, sweetener, and vanilla extract to the water. Simmer, stirring constantly, until thick and creamy. Allow to cool before serving. The sauce is delicious with desserts, but is also great for garnishing or simply snacking.
