Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 200 g margarine
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 egg(s)
  • e.g. jam

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Knead all ingredients except the jam together. Form the dough into cherry-sized balls. Place them on a baking sheet, make a hollow with your finger, and fill with jam. Bake at 150°C for about 10-15 minutes.
