Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 40 g cocoa powder
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g butter or margarine, soft
  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 125 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet of pudding powder (vanilla flavor)
  • 2 eggs
  • 185 g butter or margarine, melted

For the pastry, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, and softened butter to form a shortcrust pastry. Line half of the pastry with a 26 cm springform pan (including the edges). For the filling, mix the remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour onto the pastry and spread evenly. Tear off small pieces of the remaining pastry and arrange them over the filling. Bake the cake at 160°C for about 45 minutes.
