Angel liqueur – super fast

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 ml milk
  • 200 ml cream
  • 50 g cocoa powder, white (e.g. Caotina blanc)
  • 300 ml Amaretto

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Heat the milk and cream on the stove. Stir in the white cocoa powder. Let it cool slightly and add the Amaretto. Done. It can be refrigerated to cool. The liqueur won’t clump. I use long-life milk and cream, so the liqueur will keep even without refrigeration. This is practical if you want to give it as a gift.
