Angy's "Chai" drinking chocolate

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder
  • ¼ tsp cardamom, approx.
  • nutmeg
  • Clove powder
  • 2 pinch(s) coriander
  • 70 g chocolate, min. 70%
  • 30 g milk chocolate and/or nougat

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Coarsely grate the chocolate and/or nougat using a vegetable grater. It works best if you put the chocolate in the freezer for 10 minutes beforehand! Mix all ingredients together and add to the chocolate. Directions: Stir 2-3 tablespoons of hot chocolate into 200 ml of hot milk and enjoy. It’s also delicious in coffee or on top of whipped cream! Gift wrapping: Simply place it in a clear plastic bag, add a note explaining how it’s intended to be used, and tie a pretty ribbon! Store in a cool place!
