Suitable for mulled wine or baking

Use dried orange and lemon peel from organic fruit. Grind allspice and coriander seeds, orange and lemon peel in a mill. Grind finely for Christmas baking and coarsely for mulled wine. Mix with all the other ingredients. For 1 liter of mulled wine (red or white), add about 1-2 tablespoons of the spice and season with sugar. Add about 1-2 teaspoons to the baking or cookie dough. Tip: This spice can be prepared about four weeks in advance to give as a gift. It looks attractive packaged in a small bag or jar (or even a test tube). Add a note explaining what it can be used for, and the recipient can use it straight away.
