Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g quark
  • 6 tbsp yogurt
  • 2 tbsp sour cream (or sour cream)
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ½ bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 2 tbsp herbs, fresh mixed
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 day 6 hours; Total time approx. 1 day 6 hours 10 minutes

Wash and finely dice the bell pepper, peel the garlic cloves and press them through a garlic press. Mix the quark with the yogurt and sour cream until creamy, then add the remaining spices and stir in. Stir in the bell pepper and garlic cloves. Let it sit for about 30 minutes before serving.
