  • 5 oranges
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 can of pear(s)
  • 10 ladyfingers

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Squeeze the juice from the oranges and lemon, reserving 3 tablespoons of juice. Simmer the liquid until reduced to 1/4 liter. Mix the cornstarch with the remaining juice to thicken. Season with sugar. Serve with sliced ​​bananas, pears, and ladyfingers.
