Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 ½ liters of white wine
  • 20 sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 200 g cane sugar
  • 2 vanilla pods

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest period approx. 10 days; Total time approx. 10 days 10 minutes

In each bottle (two 750 ml bottles), add 10 sprigs of rosemary, 100 g of raw cane sugar, 1 vanilla pod, and the zest (half of each) of one lemon (without the white part), along with the wine. Seal the bottles and let stand in a dark place for about 10 days. Remove all liquid. The liqueur will keep for about 6 months if refrigerated.
