Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 100 g cocoa powder, pure
  • 150 g powdered sugar
  • 5 g ginger powder
  • 5 g vanilla powder
  • 3 pinches of nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 400 g milk powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

8-10 100g portions/packs

Combine all ingredients in a fine sieve at least three times. Directions: Add 2 teaspoons to a mug of hot water or milk! Store in a cool, airtight container.
