Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g quark
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 6 tbsp milk
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • 2 tsp sugar (lavender sugar)
  • 3 tsp anise, whole
  • 400 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 egg yolk, for brushing
  • 1 tbsp milk, for brushing
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

from the versatile quark-oil dough, makes about 50 pieces

Combine all ingredients except flour and baking powder with a whisk. Add the flour and baking powder and continue to mix with the dough hook until a smooth dough forms. Roll out the dough, not too thinly, and cut out slightly larger shapes. Place on a baking sheet and brush with the egg yolk and milk mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for 10 minutes.
