Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 230 g walnuts
- 3 eggs
- 250 g sugar, brown
- 1 tsp, leveled baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions

without flour – gluten-free – for the Thermomix TM 31
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix for 40 seconds/speed 4. Using a spatula, spread a thin layer onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving the edges free. Bake on the middle rack at 150°C for approximately 50 minutes. Let cool on the baking sheet for another 10 minutes, then cut into 3 x 3 cm pieces. This recipe makes 50 cookies. Note: One cookie contains 55 kcal, 3 g fat, 1 g protein, and 5 g carbohydrates.
