Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g carrot(s)
- 1 bell pepper(s), green
- 1 jar bamboo slices
- 1 jar soy sauce
- 200 g poultry or pork sausage, diced
- 3 tbsp oil
- 500 ml broth
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- some cold water to mix
- Salt and pepper, white
- Spice mix (Chinese spice)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cut the carrots and bell peppers into small pieces. Brown the diced sausage in oil, then remove from the pan. Add the vegetables to the pan, sauté, and deglaze with the broth and soy sauce. Cover and simmer for about 8 minutes. Stir in the sausage again. Mix the cornstarch with a little cold water until smooth and thicken the sausage mixture. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and Chinese spices. Serve with rice.
